You’ve just announced to your team that a new electronic document management software solution will be implemented in the coming weeks, replacing their tried but true paper-based process. After you rattle off all the exciting features and time saving benefits of converting from paper to digital docs, you look out into the sea of faces and you can see the panic welling up in their eyes.
