This allows them to share information with the rest of our Advance team, as well as, with any clients who might benefit from their improved workflow ideas. Through years of experience, our trainers have documented much of their research in an internal knowledge base on our Intranet.
At Advance, we believe that in order to get the most out of technology, you must have ongoing training. We want our clients to have great affection for our output solutions. Yes, it’s true. In fact, our training team now proactively reaches out to our customer base every 18 months to see if our services could benefit them.
